仕事内容

We serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Japan’s pharmaceutical and healthcare data landscape, aiding clients in navigating the complex data ecosystems for commercial and sales reporting. Our role involves direct engagement with life sciences clients, both domestic and multinational, to understand their business needs and translate these into actionable data science solutions. We analyze and interpret data from sources such as IQVIA, Veeva, Snowflake, and local vendors like JDNet, JMDC, Medical Data Vision, and Nihon Ultmarc, ensuring that insights are aligned with Japan’s unique hierarchical data models. Collaboration with offshore delivery teams is a key part of our responsibility to ensure seamless execution of analytics projects, where we act as a bilingual bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams.

We contribute to the development of analytics strategies, data pipelines, and machine learning models tailored to enhance commercial effectiveness, analyze patient journeys, and gather real-world evidence (RWE). Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal capability building within our Insights & Data team are also essential duties. Our work environment requires flexibility, allowing us to work remotely, in a hybrid setup, or on-site as needed, ensuring we can support our client environments effectively.
