仕事内容
We collaborate closely with users and the project team to align on requirements and expectations. Our role involves analyzing business needs and crafting suitable data solutions that fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements. We design and implement highly scalable and robust data pipelines using Scala, Spark, and Java to process substantial volumes of data. Additionally, we are responsible for creating and maintaining reusable frameworks for data ingestion, validation, normalization, and transformation. Our work includes scripting for test automation, CI/CD, data migrations, and data validations. We also provide technical support for incident recovery.
Our team requires a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in development or as a data engineer. Strong programming skills are essential, particularly in Scala, Java, or Python, along with software development experience. A deep understanding of distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark, and experience with public cloud technologies (preferably Azure) is necessary. Proficiency in Oracle databases, MS-SQL Server, Linux, networking, SQL, shell scripting, git, unit testing, and CI/CD tools is required. Additionally, a good grasp of design principles, coding standards, and best practices is crucial.
We value individuals with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, who have a detailed and precise approach to the design and development of complex systems, and who can articulate technical concepts to non-developers. Strong performers who focus on delivery, learn quickly, and apply their knowledge to various domains are ideal. Willingness to learn new technologies and tackle challenging work is a must, as is being a team player.
