We are looking for a MESProject Managerto be part of our client’s journey.       Responsibilities Providesexpertise in the project implementation lifecycle, responsible for project planning/execution of professional activities within a technical discipline as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.) Project management for the MES implementation project Define project plan properly, breakdown activities and execute the project plan and monitor project progress Ensure the most efficiency of collaborations between each project work stream and project members to deploy the solution on time  Identify project risks and define risk mitigation plan accordingly  Profile Mandatory Engineering IT implementation (4~5 years)  Project management (PMP is better)  Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English is a must At least 5+ years of experience in related fields  Personal credibility in front of customers is essential  Experience in managing/ planning project activities and configuration of data/ functional analysis  Ability to work in an agile, team-oriented, and collaborative environment  Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items  Preferred Software development process experience  Agile project experience ================================================For vendors: Please contact the following recruiters should you wish to apply candidates  Capgemini ERD Talent Acquisition TeamFrancis Han (ERD TA Manager) Satoshi Akazawa (ERD TA) Ryu Tsuchiya (ERD Recruitment Coordinator) ================================================
