仕事内容
We are seeking a professional to join our team with the responsibility of collaborating closely with users and project teams to gather requirements and ensure their expectations are met. The role involves analyzing business requirements and devising suitable data solutions that fulfill both functional and non-functional needs. This includes examining existing systems to identify original source data in line with business criteria. We work with the Application Development team to execute data strategies and build efficient data flows. Additionally, guiding System Analysts, Engineers, and Programmers on project limitations, capabilities, and requirements is key.
The role also encompasses discovering metadata for source databases to understand value patterns, key candidates, and dependencies. You will be responsible for designing both logical and physical data models, preparing design documents like FRD, and setting up test cases along with test data while capturing test evidence.
We require candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 6-10 years in system development or business system analysis, and proven project management expertise. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Oracle, MS-SQL Server, MongoDB, Linux, and networking, with knowledge of data structures and Hadoop. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is an understanding of REST API, micro-services, and cloud services. Fluency in Japanese and a preference for intermediate English skills are required.
