仕事内容
We are seeking a BPM Pega Lead Architect with over 10 years of experience in Pega projects, specifically in a lead role. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding the business solution strategy, operating vision, and business imperatives, and translating these into technology solutions. You will be defining specific solution processes, as well as business and functional requirements to capture opportunities. This role requires collaboration with other architects to ensure that proposed capabilities align well with the overall solution architecture.
You will also manage integration requirements across different systems and coordinate closely with the business architect to ensure outcomes and requirements align with the phases of benefits realization. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing agendas for workshops and guiding your team from solution design to deployment. As a Technical Leader in Pega development, you will be expected to provide hands-on expertise in Pega while leading the development of new workflows and ensuring quality in all deliverables, such as reducing defects and preventing production errors before they reach quality assurance.
A key part of your role will involve providing technical thought leadership, specifically in Pega design, including the latest Agentic AI and genAI capabilities, and validating user stories to ensure accuracy. You will need to be fluent in both Japanese and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders in Japan. Holding a Pega Lead Solution Architect (LSA) certification is crucial to this role. Moreover, you will be expected to offer alternatives incorporating best practices to optimize design and implementation.
