仕事内容

We are tasked with the design and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting module, focusing on the utility industry. Our responsibilities include conducting Fit to Standard and Show & Tell workshops to align clients with the best practices of the SAP framework. We prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts, ensuring thorough testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination. We also create user manuals and prepare clients for cutover and Go-Live operations, providing support during the hyper care phase.

In addition, we mentor and support the project team, leveraging our professional qualifications in management accounting or chartered accountancy and a range of 5-10 years of domain experience. This includes handling finance and accounts consolidation for group companies and managing accounting functions within the utility industry.

We bring experience with 5 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations as a lead, with significant international project involvement. Furthermore, our work includes configuring consolidation units, managing group structures, and performing complex consolidations such as intercompany eliminations and investment consolidations using various methods like the equity method and purchase method. We handle tasks associated with data collection, currency translation, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting, all in compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards.

Our expertise extends to SAP S/4HANA FICO and BPC modules, with skills in flexible data validation and manual adjustments. Equipped with knowledge in SAC Reporting and various document types, we ensure a seamless transition to digital and sustainable business practices for our clients.

その他- **応募要件**: Graduation in Finance/Accounts/costing. Professional Qualification in Management accounting or Chartered accountancy or MBA Finance. Domain experience of 5-10 years in Utility Industry, handling Finance, accounts consolidation for group companies, management accounting function. SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting experience with 5 End to End implementations as a Lead. International project implementation experience is essential.

- **望ましい経験**: Experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO (PCE) & BPC (consolidation module). Experience in Group Structure management, intercompany elimination, Consolidation of Investment, Good will calculation, & Matrix consolidation process. Deep working knowledge in consolidation methods - Equity Method, purchase method and minority interest calculation. Experience in configuring consolidation units, Group hierarchy, Map FS items to GL accounts & defining master data consolidation fields. Experience in Data Collection & data monitoring process Release from Universal Journal, Flexible Upload of Reported Financial Data, or Published APIs from Other SAP or Customer applications. Experience in currency translation, manual adjustments, Versioning, Simulation process. Well-versed in Cashflow, Balance sheet, Income statement reporting, exchange rate type & exchange rate indicators. Local & Group close experience in S/4HANA, configuring flexible rules for data validation & Manual Top-up Adjustment for Elimination wherever needed. Work experience in configuring various document types, posting level, automatic reversal, Working knowledge in SAC Reporting. Familiar with U.S.GAAP & IFRS standards & reporting.
