Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned to lead and oversee development initiatives on the Guidewire ClaimCenter (GW-CC) platform within the Open Systems Application Development (OSA Dev) team under the Capacity Model. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, deep domain expertise in insurance claims, and bilingual proficiency is a must have to manage cross-functional teams and client engagements effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of projects on Guidewire ClaimCenter, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.Provide technical and strategic guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and implementation.Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and ensure successful delivery.Oversee resource planning, performance management, and team development.Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Guidewire implementations.Manage risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.Technical ExpertiseExtensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter platformProficiency in Gosu, Java, and integration frameworksStrong understanding of insurance claims lifecycle and business processesLeadership & Management:Proven experience in managing large-scale development teams and client engagementsStrong project management and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to mentor and grow technical talentLanguage SkillsJapanese language proficiency at N2 level is a must have.Experience working in bilingual or multicultural environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Guidewire certifications (ClaimCenter) are highly desirable.PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
