仕事内容

We are looking for experienced professionals to lead digital transformation initiatives and execute global IT strategy for clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, and life sciences. This role requires engaging with executive stakeholders, designing and managing end-to-end transformation programs, and leading consulting teams to deliver substantial results. As a Manager or Program Manager, you will develop and implement enterprise transformation strategies using digital technologies, design and oversee global IT organizations and infrastructure projects, and propose advanced initiatives like smart factories, IoT/IoS, and post-merger integration. Building long-term client relationships and expanding strategic accounts are vital to this role.

Our service offerings include consulting support for business model design, business process reengineering, system architecture planning, and change management, as well as IT solution services for implementation, development, and testing support. We also provide IT operations support leveraging nearshore/offshore resources to optimize costs and scalability.

The ideal candidate has significant experience as an IT business consultant, particularly in leading transformation initiatives at the managerial level, with consulting firm or SIer experience preferred. A strong background in business process improvement and IT system consulting, especially in relevant industries, is crucial. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is required, and experience in SAP (ERP) implementation is advantageous. The candidate should be curious, adaptable, resilient, and a strong leader capable of contributing to a global firm in Japan.

For candidates with consulting firm or SIer experience: Proven experience in business process improvement and IT system implementation consulting at a consulting firm or SIer. Experience working with clients in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, and life science sector. For candidates without consulting experience: Business experience in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, or life sciences industries (especially in areas such as manufacturing processes, supply chain management, or production control). Experience in global business environments. Language: Native-level Japanese (Speaking, Writing, Reading) Business level English

- **望ましい経験**: Experience in SAP (ERP) implementation projects, including business process improvement (especially in MM, PP, or SD modules). Strong English communication skills (to collaborate effectively in a global consulting environment). Experience in the utilities industry (especially electric power) is a plus.
