仕事内容
At Synopsys, we are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our team and drive innovation in the semiconductor industry. Our focus is on designing, verifying, and integrating IP solutions that empower the creation of high-performance silicon chips. As a Program Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding IP programs, overseeing project schedules and deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional teams on a global scale. Your role involves identifying and mitigating project risks, reporting progress to both leadership and customers, and enhancing project management processes.
You will have a significant impact by accelerating SoC product and high-speed Serdes IP launches, reducing risks, and improving delivery success. By doing so, you will enhance Synopsys' reputation with key customers, drive adoption of our IP solutions, and contribute to shaping our internal best practices. Additionally, you will mentor and support your team, fostering an environment of collaborative and innovative solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with over 15 years of relevant experience. You should possess expertise in SoC design, high-speed IP, Serdes, and IC manufacturing, along with robust program/project management skills and experience working directly with customers. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, as you will be part of the Program Management Office within Silicon IP, collaborating with global engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
