仕事内容
私たちは、日本市場におけるAIニーズに応えるためのAI CoEチームで、エンドツーエンドの機械学習（ML）およびAIパイプラインの構想、設計、構築、導入、運用をリードします。業務には、AIソリューションの設計、技術選定、監査を通じて、組織のニーズを分析し、最適なAIシステムを実装します。また、AIアーキテクチャの構築を推進し、データサイエンスやセキュリティチームと協力してプロジェクトを進行します。ビジネス理解とAI技術を組み合わせ、成功へ導く意思決定を行います。クロスファンクショナルチームとの協力を通じて、ビジネス要件を深く理解し、効果的なAIソリューションを開発します。また、自己学習を通じてデータサイエンスおよびAI技術の深化を図り、キャリアの高度化を目指します。これにより、世界クラスのAIスタジオの創設を目指し、AIソリューションを展示し、顧客と共に問題解決にあたります。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (equivalent practical experience also acceptable) - 5+ years of practical experience in designing and developing AI platforms (Azure is preferred) - Ability to communicate at a business level in both English and Japanese, and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Japanese: Native level - English: reading and writing skills are required.
