仕事内容

This role entails working as a Mendix Developer, primarily responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using Mendix for PLM implementation projects within the manufacturing domain. Our main goal is to develop extensions utilizing Mendix when Teamcenter's out-of-the-box (OOTB) solutions aren't sufficient to meet business needs, thus supporting clients' digital transformation goals. You'll be tasked with understanding basic and detailed design documents to plan and execute development activities, employing the Mendix Teamcenter Connector and making SOA calls from Mendix. You are also expected to design and develop standalone solutions based on Mendix, participate in peer code reviews, and formulate unit and system test cases, along with capturing test evidence.

Moreover, the role includes providing issue-fix support along with performing root cause analyses to ensure the system's reliability. Collaboratively, you will work within a team aiming to increase customer satisfaction by tailoring solutions directly to clients' needs and remaining engaged in the overall digital transformation processes alongside customers. The potential career progression for this position starts from Teamcenter/Mendix Developer, advancing to Senior Developer, then Technical Lead, and eventually Technical Architect, allowing you to gain diverse technological insights and consulting experience.

1. フレックスタイム制（コアタイム10:00〜16:00、9:00〜18:00 実働8時間）

その他- **応募要件**: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mendix development and customization based on customer requirements

- Hands-on experience in Mendix application development and Mendix Teamcenter Connector

- Understanding of Mendix data model design

- Proficiency in English, including speaking and writing

- Experience in Teamcenter development using ITK and SOA

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development methodologies
