仕事内容

■ Position Overview

This position is a Mendix Developer role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Mendix for PLM implementation projects in the manufacturing domain.

You will develop Mendix-based extensions where standard Teamcenter OOTB or configuration solutions cannot fully meet business requirements, supporting customers’ digital transformation initiatives.

■ Department Introduction

We provide end-to-end IT and IoT solutions to support digital transformation across engineering and manufacturing domains. By closely collaborating with customers, we gradually digitalize business areas and support migration from existing operations as a major solution vendor.

■ Project Introduction

This project focuses on implementing a PLM system for new product development. The customer is currently using file-based management and plans to transition to a PLM system. The key objectives include enabling object-based documentation, BOM management, change management, and configuration management.

■ Position Highlights

This role focuses on implementing custom Teamcenter solutions using Mendix. You will help deliver tailored solutions to meet business requirements that cannot be addressed by Teamcenter OOTB or configuration alone. This position contributes to high customer satisfaction while allowing the team to actively participate in the customer’s digital transformation journey.

■ Job Responsibilities

- As a Teamcenter-Mendix Developer, understand basic and detailed designs and plan implementation activities

- Develop solutions using the Mendix Teamcenter Connector and SOA calls from Mendix

- Design and develop Mendix-based standalone solutions

- Conduct peer code reviews and create unit test cases

- Create system test cases and capture test evidence

- Provide issue-fix support and perform root cause analysis

The career path includes progression from Teamcenter / Mendix Developer → Senior Developer → Technical Lead → Technical Architect.

■ Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mendix development and customization based on customer requirements

- Hands-on experience in Mendix application development and Mendix Teamcenter Connector

- Understanding of Mendix data model design

- Proficiency in English, including speaking and writing

■ Language Requirements

English: High Business level

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Mendix-based solution development

- Experience in Teamcenter development using ITK and SOA

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development methodologies

■Employment status

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)

Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

■Salary

Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.

Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY

Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

■Working hours

9:00 - 18:00

(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
