The IT Service Management (ITSM) team is a highly skilled and diverse group of professionals dedicated to providing Unified Service Delivery Management services based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices. 【仕事内容】

・Possess advanced professional skills in ServiceNow and cross-team communication skills, leading teams and managing, implementing, and configuring the ServiceNow platform in medium to large organizations.

・In addition to ServiceNow ITSM, we provide value based on our knowledge and experience for ITOM, SPM (ITBM), ITAM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD and third-party integrations.

【必要条件】

・6+ years’ experience in an ITSM field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

・Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS

・Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication

・Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.

・Understand full application lifecycle.

・ITIL Certification

・ServiceNow certified on at least 2 or more viz. CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITBM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SecOps, CIS-GRC, CIS-HRSD, CIS-DevOps.

・Experience in working on ServiceNow modules in ITSM and CSM.

・Experience in customizations and integrations with other enterprise systems, over and above the standard implementation of modules.

【語学要件】

• 日本語：

ネイティブレベル（複雑なニュアンスや言い回しを正確に理解し、自然かつ正確に使用できる）

• 英語：

日常会話・基本的な読み書きレベル（日常会話と簡単な読み書きができ、基本的な業務連絡を理解・対応できる）

【歓迎条件】

・Experience in working with industry leading ITSM tool providers.

・Knowledge on other ServiceNow tools like ITAM, Application portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management etc.

試用期間：有（3か月）

賞与：有(契約社員の場合は無)

昇給：都度

採用グレードに応じて裁量労働制を適用

(裁量同等手当：6万円～8万円/月)

■給与

月給300,000円～720,000円

※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定

■就業時間

9:00～18:00

年次有給休暇（初年度10日 ※入社日によって異なる場合有）、完全週休2日制（土曜日・日曜日）、祝日、年末年始、慶弔休暇、育児・介護休業
