仕事内容
私たちのチームでは、大学組織をサポートするセールスアカウントマネージャーを求めています。このポジションでは、既存の顧客との関係を深め、新たな顧客を開拓することで、私たちのツールの導入を推進し、ビジネスを成長させます。具体的な業務としては、既存アカウント内での高レベルの顧客関係の構築と新規顧客の発掘、コンサルティング販売を通じて顧客ニーズとMathWorksの技術力を深く理解し、アカウントと戦略的地域セールスプランを策定・実行します。また、エンドユーザーや経済的バイヤーと関係を築き、大規模で複雑な取引を成功させる役割も担います。さらに、活動のパイプラインを開発・管理し、CRMシステムを活用してセールス活動を記録・報告します。技術、マーケティング、営業チームと密接に連携し、仕事を進めます。必須資格として、学士号と6年以上のプロフェッショナルな経験が求められ、35%から50%の出張が必要です。技術、科学、ビジネス分野の学士、CRMシステムの使用経験、および「エンタープライズ」販売の経験があると尚良いです。
