仕事内容
We oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel, ranging from lead generation to closing deals. Our responsibilities include analyzing sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement. We develop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes, thereby increasing productivity. This involves managing and optimizing the CRM system and other sales technologies to enhance efficiency. We collaborate with sales leadership to create precise sales forecasts and provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance. Our work requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment across departments. Additionally, we continuously evaluate and implement new sales tools and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
