仕事内容
私たちは、東京で製造業界向けのシニアビジネスディベロップメントマネージャーを募集しています。日本国内において、NVIDIAハードウェアおよびソフトウェアを活用し、製造業の収益成長とパイプライン形成を推進します。デベロッパーリレーションズと協力して、ターゲットとなる製造会社と連携し、彼らのワークロードを理解し、NVIDIAのライブラリやプラットフォームを活用して加速を図ります。OEMやNPNパートナー販売チャネルを用いて製造ソリューションを拡大し、顧客との接点を提供することで、ビジネスモデルを構築します。
また、OEMやチャネルパートナーを通じて直接的に機会を管理し、販売活動についての正確な予測と報告を行います。広範囲にわたる社内リソースや世界的チームのエンゲージメントを調整し、営業の成功を確保します。さらに、NVIDIAのライブラリやプラットフォームを活用して顧客のエージェントAIシステムを構築できるエコシステムパートナー（システムインテグレーター／スタートアップ）を構築します。
このポジションには、ハイテクシステムやソフトウェアの8年以上の営業経験が求められ、特にAIや関連分野における知識があると望ましいです。また、卓越したコラボレーションスキルやビジネス戦略への強い関心、英語と日本語のプロフィシエンシー、高度な技術的知識も重要です。私たちは技術革新を通じて市場浸透を成功させた実績を持つ方を求めています。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a Master’s degree being desirable. 8+ years of sales experience in high-technology systems and software, covering the full sales cycle. Strong customer and partner relationship skills. Proven experience in building and implementing sophisticated go-to-market strategies. Business knowledge of AI or related markets. A passion for winning, with a strong interest in business strategy and excellent collaboration skills. Self-starter with integrity, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services. Proficient in English communication, including leading web conferences, and proficient in Japanese. Intellectual flexibility and a track record of successfully growing penetration for innovative technology solutions. - **望ましい経験**: Proven leadership in strategy execution and business growth. Experience or deep knowledge in Data Analytics, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, and advanced generative AI technologies.
