仕事内容
We are looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join our APJ Controllership team in Singapore, focusing on Compensation & Benefit and Commission accounting. You will play a crucial role in overseeing accounting tasks in a high-growth environment, which includes month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and intercompany and consolidation tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, while adhering to SOX compliance standards. You will also work closely with external auditors to ensure that annual audits are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Your role will involve identifying and implementing process improvements and finance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency both regionally and globally. You will participate in the improvement of reporting and analytical tools, as well as the technical aspects of accounting procedures to support better flux and variance analyses. Additionally, you will collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to align on accounting practices and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Your qualifications should include a background in Accounting, Business, or a related field, with a CPA preferred. You should have a minimum of 7 years in accounting, including 3 years in public accounting and 2 years in a managerial role. Experience with Workday financials, multi-currency and multi-country ledgers, as well as strong communication skills, are essential. You should possess the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and process redesign with AI technologies. Familiarity with US and local GAAP for APJ and proficiency with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau will be advantageous.
