Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.Location: Tokyo, JAPANDepartment: Logicool, B2B DivisionReports to: Japan B2B HeadType: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logicool for BusinessMarketing Lead for Japan to drive our marketing strategy in Japan. Thisrole will be pivotal in delivering integrated marketing programs thataccelerate growth through both our partner ecosystem (to and throughpartners) and generate awareness directly with enterprise and SMBcustomers.You will be responsible for building pipeline, increasing brand awareness,and strengthening market share in Japan. The ideal candidate is anexperienced regional marketer with strong commercial acumen, deepunderstanding of local market nuances, and a proven track record ofexecuting impactful B2B marketing programs in collaboration with salesand partner teams.You will also be responsible for leading 4P for specific categories such asVC (Video Collaboration) in B2B market, properly managing new productlaunch, pricing, margin, and GTM.Key ResponsibilitiesJapan B2B Strategy & Leadership● Develop and execute the Japan B2B marketing strategy, aligned withEAD (Europe Asia Developed) regional and global priorities.● Lead a small team of local marketing specialists and agencies todeliver results.● Take full ownership for VC category P/L, including forecasting & GTMPartner (To and Through) Marketing● Drive joint marketing programs with key partners, includingdistributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.● Build partner enablement and co-marketing plans that generatequalified leads and measurable pipeline.● Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds) effectively, ensuringROI and compliance with partner program guidelines.● Collaborate closely with the partner sales organization to alignmarketing initiatives with channel growth objectives. End-Customer Marketing (Enterprise & SMB)● Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content,events, ABM, and demand generation) targeting enterprise and SMBcustomers across priority industries.● Localize global campaigns and messaging to ensure cultural andlinguistic relevance, and oversee management of the local PRagencies.● Work with sales and business development teams to acceleratefunnel progression and support account-based programs.● Leverage analytics and insights to optimize marketing performanceand improve conversion metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration● Partner with regional sales leaders and product marketing totranslate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.● Collaborate with the global and regional marketing organizationsincluding operations, demand gen, and channel marketing teams toensure brand consistency and operational excellence.● Represent the Japan market in regional and global marketingforums, sharing best practices and success stories.4P Management mainly for VC● Maximize revenue and profit for VC category in Japan B2B market byleading VC CCM (Video Collaboration Cluster Category Manager)Qualifications & Leadership Experience● 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in aregional or multi-country marketing & 4P role.● Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports, orcross functional teams in Japan● Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through partnerand end-customer marketing.● Experience in technology, or IT services industries strongly preferred.● Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel marketingmodels in Japan● Native or fluent in Japanese and business-level English.● Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and presentationskills.● Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and marketingautomation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Knak, Seismic, Tableauetc.).● Willingness to travel across the region (up to 30%).#LI-LC1Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
