仕事内容

As Data Center Operations Engineers, we are tasked with designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure of data centers, which encompasses servers, storage, and networking systems. Our responsibilities include monitoring system performance to ensure optimal operation, conducting maintenance tasks, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring that all operations comply with relevant security protocols. To be effective in this role, it is crucial that we possess a strong understanding of DCIM tools, VMware, Hyper-V, and adhere to structured cabling standards. A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field, coupled with a minimum of three years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure support, is necessary for this position. Our work demands excellent analytical abilities, effective troubleshooting skills, and proficient documentation capabilities. We must be prepared to work in a dynamic, physically demanding environment that operates on a 24/7 roster. Additionally, collaboration with IT, facilities, and security teams is vital to ensure seamless data center operations and address any potential challenges proactively.
