仕事内容
In this VP role, we are responsible for spearheading a comprehensive Site transformation program across GSQ (Global Supply and Quality) and PDT (Product Development & Technology). Our main objective is to align improvement initiatives with strategic goals. Leading a team of three geographically distributed transformation squads in the US, EU, and APAC, we ensure the swift deployment and adoption of digital systems for accountability, performance tracking, asset utilization, and capacity planning, supported by dedicated Digital System Leads.
Our tasks include optimizing modality across the entire value chain, from API and DS to engineering, maintenance, and laboratory operations, to enhance network efficiency through transformational levers. This includes close collaboration with executive and senior leaders, Global Finance, Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs to drive strategic and tactical changes. The role reports directly to the Head of the Global Supply and Quality Transformation Office.
We aim to drive the Booster transformation initiative, supporting sites in achieving MRP commitments while uncovering additional capabilities. Our team is crucial to GSQ's transformational success by defining and deploying excellence standards that impact manufacturing performance, quality, cost, capacity, and reliability.
We are accountable for translating performance benchmarks, AVIX analysis, and AI-enabled analytics into practical standards and playbooks for consistent adoption across sites. We focus on cost optimization and capacity enablement by reducing non-value-added efforts, standardizing work, improving productivity, and identifying opportunities for automation and analytics.
Our portfolio delivery leadership involves overseeing the GSQ transformation roadmap, ensuring the realization of transformational changes across multiple sites. We maintain transformation charters, scopes, benefits cases, and roadmaps, driving delivery within time/cost/scope parameters. We scout and embed new transformational opportunities into value stream optimizations and ensure inter-site and cross-functional orchestration to maximize enterprise impact.
In summary, our role is to drive operational excellence, foster strategic partnerships for effective transformation sustainment, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure continuous improvement through rigorous standardization across all transformation workstreams.
