仕事内容
In the role of Sr. Manager for our Promotional Review Team at Takeda, we lead a team of eight Analysts and act as a strategic business liaison across various stakeholders, including Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory divisions. Our primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the advertising and promotional material review process (PRT) while aligning it with our commercial strategies and priorities. We manage and coach our Analyst team, coordinating PRT review meetings and supporting the planning and execution of quarterly business reviews to showcase outputs and improvements.
Our role involves integrating PRT operations with Agile Marketing Delivery and managing the workflow to ensure the team’s efforts meet business needs. We actively collaborate with Takeda brand teams to align commercial strategies with advertising and promotional needs, engaging with stakeholders to foster cooperative decision-making. Moreover, we are tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
In terms of accountability, 40% of our role involves team management, understanding commercial strategies, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions. An additional 20% pertains to maintaining expertise in the PRT process, conforming to company policies, and offering training and insights to team members and stakeholders. The remaining 40% focuses on stakeholder management, guiding cross-functional teams, promoting team value, and resolving issues in consultation with senior leadership.
Key skills required include strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication and facilitation skills. We must also have a market-specific knowledge, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and exhibit outstanding customer service skills. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory compliance, like the Sunshine Act, is crucial in this role.
