仕事内容
As a member of the Business Excellence team, we lead the Operational Excellence (OE) team of OE Champions with a focus on developing the site AGILE roadmap in collaboration with the Business Excellence Lead and QS&I. Our role involves building the capabilities of OE Champions to prepare them as future leaders, guiding them in the implementation of AGILE waves at the site. This involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where processes are optimized to be faster, waste is reduced, and teamwork is encouraged, aligning with the AGILE methodology used globally within our operations.
We are responsible for ensuring the AGILE program is effectively executed on-site, building team capabilities, and monitoring the progress of OE Champions towards certification. Technical coaching and the selection of new OE Champions are vital parts of our responsibilities. Collaboration with global teams, including AGILE PMO and Technical Training teams, is essential to align support and drive the AGILE program effectively.
Our work includes maintaining a comprehensive site roadmap of AGILE activities for the fiscal year that aligns with GMSGQ Japan strategy, ensuring synergy between different workstreams, and providing challenging assignments for OE Champions. We are also tasked with coaching AGILE concepts, mindsets, and behaviors across all organizational levels, including senior leadership, to enhance both technical and soft skills.
Overall, our role demands a strong foundation in lean/six sigma, knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, and excellent coaching and communication skills. We are expected to drive change, support change management processes, and contribute significantly to cross-functional teams while interacting across all organizational levels, displaying a strong innovative mindset and passion for digital advancements.
