仕事内容

Job OverviewTE Connectivity is a global company (stock: TEL) which serves multiple industry segments. Automotive BU is the biggest business unit within the company, with annual revenue over 7 Billion USD, across the 3 regions in EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific.We’re hiring a EHS Analyst for Kawasaki HQ, reporting to Director, Engineering, Automotive Japan and ASEAN. This role will closely work with EHS management team in China, Japan, ASEAN and Korea, as well as other key function team such as operations, engineering.Job RequirementsFocus on EHS legal complianceGood communication, coordination, and leadership to develop EHS performance by working with relevant functionsCoordinate and communicate with government agency to obtain the necessary permit related to EHSLead to implement the annual planContinuously onsite observation to identify the EHS risks and track to be improvedMake sure ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management system implement effectively and keep continuously improvementBe familiar with IH (Industrial Hygiene) management, such as hearing conservationFocus on chemical management, especially the high toxic chemical managementBe responsible for managing pollution prevention, energy saving and hazardous waste management & minimizationDevelop and conduct the site-specific EHS training programMaintain and continuously improve the EHS program of JSA (Job Safety Analysis), BBS (Behavior Based Safety), Ergonomics etc.Emergency and Crisis / BCP Management, regularly training and exercisesOther tasks assigned by the EHS manager.What your background should look likeBachelor's degree or above with major in Safety, Environment or IH (industrial Hygiene)More than 5 years’ experience in a multinational manufacturing company.Familiar with laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus in EHS areaIndustry experiences in MFG (mechanical, electronics, chemical, etc)Familiar with machine guarding & LOTO requirements and chemical management.Strong leadership, responsibility, and initiativeGood communication and coordination ability.Excellent EHS professional knowledge of onsite EHS managementStrong communication skill needed with cross-country teamPro-active and fast speed of learning skillTravel expected, especially within Asia-Pacific regionFluent Japanese and English are required, other language such as Chinese/Korean would be good plusCompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
