仕事内容
As a Clinical Trial Manager at Syneos Health, our primary responsibility is to oversee site management, clinical and central monitoring deliverables while ensuring patient safety, protocol compliance, and data integrity. We manage site interactions from activation through closeout, which includes activities like patient recruitment and investigator payments. Part of our role involves identifying and mitigating risks related to data processes and protocol execution through the Risk Assessment and Categorization Tool (RACT).
We must ensure that the clinical project team is aware of contractual obligations and, using operational data, metrics, and reports, identify risks to deliverables, escalating them to project managers as necessary. Strategic thinking and problem-solving are crucial to proposing risk mitigations, participating in key meetings, and serving as an escalation point in communications with site staff. Collaboration with various functional leaders ensures the coordination of delivery handoffs and achievement of study milestones.
Our duties also involve developing and maintaining clinical study tools and templates, ensuring systems like CTMS and dashboards are functional, and coordinating training for the study team. We oversee resource allocations, mentor CRAs and Central Monitors, and maintain visibility on the project's progress through tracking tools. We review monitoring documentation to ensure compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory standards. Additionally, we interact with clients and departments to provide updates and solutions for protocol execution obstacles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of cross-functional roles necessary for compliance and delivery.
