仕事内容
As a member of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) CXE-Amazon Connect team, we focus on driving AWS's growth by developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experiences. Our role involves leading global go-to-market (GTM) plans specifically for Amazon Connect across Japan, and we act as leaders for specialists, architects, partners, and account teams around the world. We are responsible for setting directions and standards for solving customer problems within our domain, and we collaborate closely with technical and business teams throughout AWS to ensure that customer voices are integrated into our product development roadmap.
We work backward from our customers’ most complex and critical business issues to create and execute strategies that turn AWS ideas into successful, multi-billion-dollar businesses. This involves providing expertise throughout the entire lifecycle of an AWS customer initiative—from the development of new service ideas to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. We manage cross-functional programs, build processes, and coordinate release schedules to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness. Additionally, our work requires responding to requests for proposals by determining requirements, matching them to technical solutions, and developing solutions that meet those needs.
The position demands at least five years of experience in relevant areas, including handling proposals and influencing organizational leadership decisions. It also requires fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English to engage with regional teams.
