仕事内容
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions tailored to meet their specific technical requirements and business objectives. You will play a vital role in guiding customers through their cloud adoption journey by providing technical expertise and ensuring best practices are applied throughout each phase of the project lifecycle.
As a modernization Delivery Consultant, you will leverage your deep understanding of AWS products and services to develop cloud-native solutions that facilitate the development of innovative products and services for our clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose effective migration strategies, and build modern applications on AWS platforms. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, leading the implementation process, ensuring performance optimization, and managing project risks.
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that address the unique needs of each customer. Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the delivery process is key, as is sharing knowledge across the organization through mentoring, training, and the creation of reusable artifacts. Your role will require strong hands-on experience in technical consulting, proficiency in programming languages like .NET, Java, or Python, and expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a comprehensive understanding of software engineering best practices.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Fluent in Japanese and business level English - 3 + years of strong hands-on experience in technical consulting and experience with at least one Programming language such as .NET, Java, Python with solid foundations in Object Oriented Analysis and system design - Past experience of independently leading a team that delivers working software systems consisting of multiple features spanning the full software lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance strategy. - Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), with hands-on experience in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions. - Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including innovative engineering practices with GenAI and Agentic AI, code reviews, build processes, testing, and operations. - **望ましい経験**: Participation in pre-sales, RFPs, or shaping solution architectures for new client opportunities. |
