仕事内容
We are seeking an engineer to engage directly with customers focusing on chip, package, and PCB design challenges related to signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC. The role involves using simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, SIwave, and Q3D to diagnose and recommend solutions, working closely with customer engineering teams to enhance their use of these tools, from beginners to advanced optimizations. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with our product development team to communicate customer requirements, testing beta releases, and impacting future product direction through feedback.
You will support the sales team by conducting technical evaluations, competitive benchmarks, and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the value of expanding the use of our solutions. Technical proficiency will be enhanced not only by solving electromagnetic design challenges for customers but also by sharing insights with local sales and applications engineering teams. The ultimate goal is to contribute to improved product performance and faster market entry for our customers.
The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a specialization in electromagnetics, signal integrity, or EMC. They should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. Experience with Ansys software or similar CAE, CAD, and EDA tools is advantageous, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Travel within the country is expected up to 50% of the time, and proficiency in English, especially in an international or professional environment, is beneficial.
