仕事内容
We are responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) modules, ensuring efficient business operations and client satisfaction. Our primary duties involve assisting in the implementation of modules such as Employee Central and GMPM, where we engage in requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and providing support during the go-live phase. We are also tasked with daily system maintenance, user training, and promptly resolving any issues to maintain seamless operations.
Furthermore, we play a key role in business process optimization by collaborating with business stakeholders to identify existing process bottlenecks and designing SF-based solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. As client communication is crucial, we serve as the bridge between technical teams and clients, deftly translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring that client expectations align with project objectives.
In terms of team collaboration and knowledge development, we focus on staying informed about SF best practices and industry trends through continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Supporting senior consultants and cross-functional teams in navigating complex project scenarios is also part of our collaborative efforts.
Our qualifications require a foundational understanding of SF module configuration and basic ABAP knowledge, along with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills in English are necessary for global client interactions, and Japanese proficiency is an additional asset. With experience ranging from 0-2 years in SF implementation, we bring analytical and problem-solving skills that are essential for adapting to dynamic work environments and managing project demands effectively.

SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus. - Proficient in SF module configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO). - Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite. - English: Fluent in written and verbal communication for global client interactions. - Optional: Japanese proficiency for specific client requirements. - 0-2 years of experience in SF implementation, preferably within an ERP/SaaS environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - **望ましい経験**: - Prior experience in HR digital transformation projects or with multinational clients. |
