仕事内容
In this role, we will support HR service delivery in Hungary, providing assistance to employees and new hires throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Our responsibilities include managing personnel administration processes such as preparing contract supplements, certificates, references, and documentation for leaves and vacations. We will facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, delivering presentations in both Hungarian and English, either virtually or in person. Additionally, we will respond to inquiries from employees and managers via tickets, emails, and phone, offering consultations on various HR topics through the People & Culture Lounge (P&C Lounge).
We will support HR business partners, managers, and employees with administrative tasks related to labour law, including issues like parental leave, part-time arrangements, and termination processes. Collaborating closely with payroll, works council, personnel officers, and specialist departments across the HR organisation will also be a key aspect of our role. Furthermore, we will assist in the documentation and upkeep of local HR processes and contribute to projects and special activities as needed.
To succeed in this role, we need to bring curiosity and a strong interest in HR, alongside foundational knowledge of the employee lifecycle and employment documentation. Proficiency in Hungarian and English is crucial, as well as experience in business administration, ideally within Human Resources management. Familiarity with employment and labour laws, and competence in structured processes, will enable us to carry out personnel administration tasks accurately and independently. Additionally, we will utilise Microsoft Office and explore AI tools to enhance HR service delivery. Lastly, building trust, clear communication, and a customer-centric approach are vital, as well as problem-solving ability and emotional intelligence.
