仕事内容

In this role, we will focus on generating new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model by employing strategic territory and account planning. Our daily tasks involve researching and identifying potential customers, executing business development strategies, and engaging in field-based sales activities within a specified set of prospects or territories. We are responsible for fostering relationships with key C-suite executives, such as CFOs, CIOs, and COOs, across all product sales. Additionally, we will lead client relationship management alongside the account team, coordinating an account strategy with a broad virtual team, which includes Solutions Consultants, Solution Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing specialists. As trusted advisors, we will delve into customer's business challenges and provide strategic advice on utilizing ServiceNow's solutions to enhance their IT roadmap. A critical aspect of our role involves identifying and bringing in the appropriate specialist or support resources at the correct time to advance deals and ensure successful outcomes. Throughout, we aim to create value, negotiate effectively, and maintain enduring, productive relationships at the C-level, all while achieving sales targets and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented success culture.
