仕事内容
We, as a BPM Pega Lead Architect, are tasked with leading and providing technical guidance on Pega development projects. Our responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to understand business solution strategies, operating visions, and imperatives, translating these into precise solution processes, and determining business and functional requirements. We collaborate with other architects to integrate proposed capabilities within a unified solution architecture, ensuring all deliverables align with business imperatives.
We manage integration requirements across various systems and work with business architects to confirm that outcomes and detailed requirements match the benefits realization phase. Developing workshop and working session agendas is part of our role, guiding teams through designing and deploying solutions. Our duties extend to providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise in Pega, requiring fluency in both Japanese and English to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders in Japan.
Additionally, we supervise quality assurance, reducing defect rates by preventing errors from reaching QA, and eliminating production errors by anticipating the effects of bug fixes and enhancements on other functionalities. We have the technical capability to lead the development of new workflows, with an LSA certification highlighting our expertise. Providing technical thought leadership, we are well-versed in the latest Agentic AI and genAI capabilities in Pega, advocating for best practices and challenging user stories to provide accurate expertise on project tasks.
