仕事内容
As the AI Governance Leader, we are tasked with establishing and managing a comprehensive AI governance framework, ensuring that all AI initiatives align with our business objectives, regulatory requirements, security standards, and ethical principles. We hold the responsibility for overseeing AI governance, risk management, compliance, and policy controls across the entire organization, involving enterprise technology, infrastructure operations, service delivery, security, and data analytics.
Our key responsibilities include developing an enterprise-wide AI Governance Strategy, creating policies and standards, and ensuring alignment with broader business strategies. We establish governance structures for AI lifecycle management covering ideation through to retirement, implement controls for responsible AI adoption, and lead risk assessments for AI solutions.
Collaboration is essential as we partner with security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure AI compliance with regulations. We establish and monitor governance controls for data privacy, quality, and security within AI ecosystems, and support auditing processes for these areas. Our role also involves defining governance standards for data management to support AI solutions, ensuring quality and minimizing bias.
In addition, we are responsible for overseeing AI-related vendor and third-party governance, setting due diligence and risk assessment processes. We lead AI governance boards and review committees, providing executive reporting on AI risk and governance effectiveness. Our leadership promotes a culture of accountability, ensuring the successful integration of AI governance practices.
Finally, measuring success involves establishing a robust AI governance framework, promoting the adoption of responsible AI practices to reduce risks, and demonstrating increased transparency and business value from AI initiatives.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline. - 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, governance, risk management, compliance, security, architecture, or operational leadership roles. - 5+ years of experience governing AI, analytics, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology programs. - Proven experience developing enterprise governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models. - Experience working within complex, multi-vendor, large-scale managed services or enterprise environments. - Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional governance initiatives. - Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and AIOps. - Deep knowledge of AI governance principles, model risk management, and AI lifecycle controls. - Experience implementing governance frameworks for enterprise technology platforms and cloud environments. - Understanding of data governance, data quality management, metadata management, and data protection controls. - Familiarity with IT Service Management, operational governance, and enterprise transformation programs. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise monitoring, analytics platforms, and automation toolsets commonly used in modern infrastructure environments. - Understanding of security controls, privacy requirements, and regulatory considerations affecting AI solutions. - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities. - Ability to balance innovation objectives with governance and risk management requirements. - Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Proven ability to establish enterprise-wide governance programs and drive organizational adoption. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Experience leading governance councils, steering committees, and executive review boards. - **望ましい経験**: - Relevant governance, risk, compliance, or AI governance certifications. |
