仕事内容
We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire Practice Lead to spearhead the expansion of our Guidewire capabilities in Japan. The role involves driving business development initiatives, solution crafting, delivery governance, and strengthening team competencies. As the practice lead, you will be instrumental in nurturing and growing the Guidewire practice within the region. Your responsibilities include overseeing Guidewire opportunities from the pre-sales phase through to delivery, providing expert guidance across claims, policy, billing, and other insurance-related areas. You will collaborate with both local and global teams to develop an effective delivery methodology and governance framework.
Additionally, you will support the mobilization of projects, manage staffing requirements, and engage in mentoring and knowledge sharing activities. You will also contribute to proposal drafting, partake in client discussions, and actively participate in business expansion efforts. Key skills required for this role include substantial experience in Guidewire implementation or insurance transformation, and proficiency with modules like ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter. A deep understanding of P&C insurance processes is essential, along with a proven track record in leading teams and managing large transformation projects. Strong consulting abilities, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are crucial. You need to effectively collaborate with Japanese stakeholders and international teams, requiring business-level proficiency in Japanese and/or English communication. Possession of Guidewire certification is advantageous.
