仕事内容
We are seeking to fill an AI Engineer position in our Insights and Data team, where the primary role involves developing and deploying scalable Generative AI and Predictive Analytics solutions within a comprehensive insurance data ecosystem. Your key responsibility will be to transform Azure-based data lakes into actionable insights by designing, training, and deploying machine learning models and Language Model-powered applications, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. You’ll leverage tools like Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Foundry, and you will work collaboratively with data engineering teams and business stakeholders to integrate AI into enterprise-wide operations.
Part of your role will involve seamless data integration, working with high-volume datasets from Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Azure Synapse Analytics, ensuring optimal flow between data pipelines and AI workflows. Additionally, you’ll develop serverless orchestration layers using Azure Functions to facilitate real-time and batch inference for AI models, connecting them to downstream applications and APIs.
In terms of search and storage, you will use Azure AI Search to optimize low-latency retrieval of AI outputs and manage efficient data and metadata storage strategies. You will also implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management, and integrate these workflows into CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and deployment. The role requires hands-on experience with Azure’s AI and cloud stack, proficiency in Python, and a working knowledge of Scala and Apache Spark. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is also essential. Prior experience in insurance or financial services, alongside expertise in distributed data processing using Azure Databricks, is preferred.
