Job DescriptionDesign and deliver SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions for retail finance and operationsTranslate business planning needs into SAC models, stories, and input templatesEnsure consistent KPI definitions and intuitive, user‑friendly planning experiencesConfigure SAC planning processes including versions, calendars, workflows, and data actionsSupport budgeting, forecasting, merchandise, and store‑level planning use casesPartner with data teams on data readiness, refresh cycles, and access controlsSupport UAT, training, hypercare, and continuous improvementJob Description - Grade SpecificRequired Qualifications & Experience6–10+ years of experience in financial planning, analytics, or SAC solution deliveryStrong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning configuration and designSolid understanding of retail finance and planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, margin, inventory)Proven experience designing SAC stories, models, and data actions for business usersExperience supporting testing cycles and business adoption in large programsLanguage & Communication SkillsNative-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to haveStrong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to finance and business stakeholdersPreferred SkillsExperience integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW, or enterprise data platformsFamiliarity with retail merchandise and store planning conceptsExperience working in large-scale, SI-led or multi-vendor transformation programsStrong analytical mindset with a focus on usability and business valueCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
