仕事内容

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Delivery Engineer with extensive expertise in Terraform and Ansible to automate, provision, and deliver infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Terraform modules for GCP infrastructure components such as GKE, Cloud SQL, Networking, IAM, and GCS. You will also develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to manage configurations, deploy applications, and automate operations.

You will own the end-to-end cloud delivery pipeline, which encompasses provisioning, configuration, testing, and deployment to production environments. A critical aspect of this position involves integrating Terraform and Ansible workflows into CI/CD pipelines via tools like Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Additionally, you will implement GCP IAM policies as code to ensure least-privilege access across different environments and manage Terraform state backends using GCS, enforcing module versioning and registry standards.

Your role includes performing infrastructure drift detection and remediation using Ansible and Terraform plan workflows. You will build reusable and well-documented Terraform modules and Ansible collections for use across multiple delivery teams. Collaboration with security teams is crucial to embed compliance controls into infrastructure pipelines, and you will support GKE cluster provisioning and day-2 operations using Terraform and Helm.

Furthermore, you will participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for infrastructure-as-code for new GCP workloads. Your involvement in contributing to internal developer platform tooling for self-service cloud provisioning is also expected. Candidates should possess at least four years of experience in cloud engineering with a strong focus on infrastructure-as-code, expert-level skills in Terraform and Ansible, and substantial experience with GCP and related technologies.

4+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a strong IaC focus
Expert-level Terraform skills including module development, remote state, workspaces, and provider management
Strong Ansible experience including roles, inventories, dynamic inventories, and Ansible Vault
Solid GCP knowledge covering core services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud SQL
Experience managing GCP IAM programmatically using Terraform
Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD integration for infrastructure pipelines
Understanding of GCP networking: VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, Cloud NAT, and DNS
Experience with Linux systems administration and shell scripting

- 望ましい経験:
Google Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certification
HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification
Experience with Packer for VM image automation
Familiarity with GCP-native development and serverless services (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions)
Experience with Vertex AI infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
Knowledge of policy-as-code tools such as OPA, Sentinel, or Checkov
