仕事内容
【About Project】
System Development, testing, Migration, operation Maintenance and integration kind of Projects are being handled in various Airline/Logistics company clients.
We work in Onshore/Offshore in waterfall and Hybrid Agile Operating Model
We are looking for Business Analyst.
We will have trainings for airline or logistics domain based on the Project mapping and business demand.
【Job description】
-Understand and analyze the business Process of Airline Business or logistics
-Collaborate/Discuss with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
-Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
-Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
-Write the test scripts for the new business process.
-Coordinate with offshore for test execution, implement solutions to ensure they align with business goals.
【Must】
-Analytical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to clearly and practically convey complicated information
-Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with customer , service providers and IT members.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
-About 3-7 years of experience with prior experience as IT business analyst (BA)
(Total work experience between 7-15 years)
-Experience as an IT consultant, PM, and PMO
-Native level Japanese (N1 or above) and Business level English skills
【Nice to have】
-Airline/Logistics Domain Knowledge
-Experience in global projects
-Technical Proficiency in JAVA, UI or AWS.

昇給：都度(契約社員の場合は無)
採用グレードに応じて裁量労働制(専門型、みなし労働制)を適用(裁量同等手当：6万円～8万円/月)

9:00～18:00
