仕事内容
At Synopsys, we are responsible for the design and development of advanced semiconductor solutions. Our focus lies on defining micro-architecture for mixed-signal IP blocks by harmonizing industry specifications with internal requirements, while optimizing for performance, power, area, latency, and timing suited to HPC applications. We develop RTL for complex digital blocks within high-speed communication IP, such as DDR and HBM interfaces, and model circuit behavior for analog and mixed-signal components to facilitate co-design and early validation. Our tasks include defining and refining synthesis constraints by closely collaborating with physical design and timing closure teams to meet the desired targets. As part of ensuring code quality, we run and review checks like Lint, CDC, and RDC analysis to identify issues early in the development cycle. Moreover, we evaluate design trade-offs across multifaceted dimensions and recommend solutions aligning with product goals and market needs. Additionally, we mentor team engineers, overseeing designs, providing technical guidance, and fostering experiential judgment growth. We seek candidates with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields, possessing over 10 years of ASIC digital design experience and expertise in high-speed communication protocols such as DDR and HBM. Mastery in low power design techniques, CDC, RDC analysis, and synthesis flows is essential, alongside familiarity with mixed-signal environments.

Strong knowledge of clock domain crossing (CDC) and reset domain crossing (RDC) analysis, and experience resolving violations in complex designs.
