仕事内容

We serve as a scientific authority in engaging with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) in our territory, focusing on high-quality and compliant medical exchanges related to Takeda’s products and therapeutic areas. Our primary goal is to execute Takeda’s medical strategy through scientific excellence and agility, driven by insights and omnichannel engagement. We are tasked with building and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders, effectively communicating our scientific and clinical value. A key duty involves capturing high-value insights from the field to inform and guide Takeda’s medical strategy and enhance field activities.

Our responsibilities include developing and executing engagement plans tailored to specific territories, aligning them with product launch goals and therapeutic strategies. We must be able to articulate the scientific value of Takeda’s products in accessible terms that focus on patient engagement. We also represent Medical Affairs at scientific events and support evidence generation initiatives. Using CRM systems and AI-powered tools, we aim to tailor and enhance our scientific engagements, ensuring compliance with all Takeda’s policies and regulatory standards.

Our role involves extensive field travel (up to 60-70%), requiring a balance between scientific excellence and non-promotional compliance. An advanced scientific degree and strong experience in field medical roles, especially in competitive specialty markets, are required. The role entails embodying Takeda’s cultural pillars, which emphasize patient-centricity, collaboration, and a performance-oriented approach. Proficiency in English is essential, with regional languages as an asset.
