仕事内容

We collaborate closely with users and project teams to align on requirements and expectations. Our role involves analyzing business requirements to devise data solutions that satisfy both functional and non-functional needs. We design and implement highly scalable, robust data pipelines using technologies such as Scala, Spark, and Java to handle extensive data volumes. In addition, we create and maintain reusable frameworks to manage data ingestion, validation, normalization, and transformation processes. We develop scripts for test automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), data migrations, and data validations. Our team is responsible for providing technical support during incident recovery to ensure smooth operations.

Our team requires a minimum of 3 to 6 years' experience as a developer or data engineer. Candidates should possess strong programming skills and software development experience in languages such as Scala, Java, or Python. A deep understanding of distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark, and experience in optimizing these systems, is essential. Familiarity with public cloud technologies, particularly Azure, is preferred, along with knowledge of Oracle database, MS-SQL Server, Linux, and networking. Proficiency in SQL, shell scripting, git, unit testing, and CI/CD tools is vital. Additionally, understanding design principles, coding standards, and best practices is important for our operations.

Candidates who understand REST APIs, NoSQL, micro-services, and ETL are preferred. Experience with cloud services, streaming data processing, change data capture, and BI tools is advantageous. As a team member, you should be detail-oriented, capable of independently driving complex system design and development. Your role requires you to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-developers, demonstrate strong delivery focus, and adapt knowledge across diverse domains. A willingness to embrace new technologies and tackle challenging projects is crucial, alongside being a team player who learns quickly.
