Job Description概要プロジェクトマネージャーとして、Guidewire ClaimCenterプロジェクトを責任を持って滞りなく進めていただきます。その他、プロジェクト計画の管理、ITプログラムチームのリード、プロジェクトの納期および予算内での完了の確保等をおまかせします。職務内容と責任:Guidewire ClaimCenterプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発プロセス全体を監督するビジネスパートナーおよび共有サービスと連携してプロジェクト計画を策定・管理するプロジェクト管理プロセスを適用し、ITプログラムチームをリード・管理するプロジェクト上の課題を解決し、リスクを管理するプロジェクト会議を実施し、進捗を追跡するベンダーのパフォーマンスが契約仕様およびSLAを満たしていることを確認するプロジェクトチームメンバーに対して技術的および分析的サポートを提供するJob Description - Grade Specific応募条件と資格:日本の顧客向けプロジェクトをベンダーとして実施した経験が5年以上あること顧客対応の業務レベルのステークホルダーとのやり取り経験プロジェクト管理の概念およびSDLC（システム開発ライフサイクル）手法に精通していること顧客課題の解決において、現地のデリバリーチームと協力して業務を遂行できる能力優れたコミュニケーション能力歓迎される経験:保険業界または金融サービス業界での経験があれば尚可ですAgile/Leanの経験を持つPMP資格保有者Guidewireの経験があれば尚可ですが、必須ではありません言語要件:日本語：ネイティブ英語：あれば尚可（必須ではない）Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
