仕事内容

In this role, we manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring the efficient follow-up on outstanding invoices. Our tasks include investigating billing discrepancies, drafting collection letters, and escalating unresolved cases, all of which directly contribute to shortening collection timelines and enhancing SAP's global cash position. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential as we engage confidently with clients and colleagues. Our analytical background in accounting or finance allows us to find effective solutions to complex problems while maintaining organization under pressure. As part of the Cash Collections team central to SAP's global finance operations, we collaborate daily with Sales, Accounting, and customer-facing teams. This position is based in Mexico City and offers a hybrid working environment on a two-year early career contract basis.
